This workshop, Seedlings, is the beginning of a transformational journey. It combines dance and self-reflection with the active meditations of Osho, the Nia Technique and Stanley Keleman's Five Stages of Self-Healing.
We dance a both structured and freely in a space of joy and consciousness. All welcome including newbies. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel to lie on.
