Island Coconut - Beetroot Kidney Kool

Ingredients
1/2 glass of Coconut Cream
1 small Beetroot with the Tops
Gel of 1 large Aloe leaf
1/2 glass of Cabbage Rejuvalac
Juice of 1 young green Coconut (buko juice)
200 gms young Coconut Meat (buko)
1/2 a small Cucumber
1/4 a small Onion
Juice of 8 Calamansi
2 tabs of Radish Sprouts
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 teasp Seasalt
a few leaves of fresh Oregano

Combine all in a blender or juicer. Sprinkle the top with your favorite herb or spice.

Option: Combine all except coconut cream in a blender or juicer
Fold in the cream to let it swirl the colors of white and purple.

If using a blender, either drink straight or seperately strain the solids and use these as a great dip by just adding some homemade raw saltless sauerkraut or kim-chi.

Fills 2 stemmed glasses and let your Kidneys say "Thank you"
