Banana-Berry Stress busting smoothie
Banana Berry

2 large ripe bananas
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries
1 cup of light soy milk
1/3 cup of yoghurt

Place all ingredients in a blender and whip until thick and creamy. Pour into tall glasses. Serves 2. Enjoy.
