to a diffuser and breath in this beautiful relaxing blend.
Draw out nasty toxins from a big night out
A great blend to help your body recover from a big night out is:
• Fennel essential oil

• Geranium essential oil
You can either add 2 drops of each to a diffuser or add 2 drops of each to 1 tablespoon of good quality carrier oil such as Sweet Almond oil. Massage this all over then sink into a lovely warm relaxing bath and let the essential oils draw out all those nasty toxins.

If you are travelling to an area where you may be affected by mosquitoes, sand flies, or midges make the blend below to take with you:

Add the essential oils to a dark glass jar and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of good quality carrier oil into a bowls then add 5 drops of the essential oil and mix well. Massage this into exposed areas of your skin.
